This form will help you submit a support ticket to Williamson County Technical Support.
This form should only be used if:
- You are a Williamson County employee.
- You are experiencing problems with Williamson County-owned computing devices, network services, or online resources.
- You do not have, or cannot use, the "Contact Tech Support" application on your computer.

Enter the equipment or service that is having the problem:
- If it's a computer, please include the County Inventory Number of the computer and any other identifying information (e.g., "John's laptop", "computer at the receptionist desk", etc.)
- If it's a County web page, please include the URL (web address)
- If it's a County phone, please include the extension and handset model
- If it's anything else, please do your best to describe the equipment affected so tech support will know which device or service to inspect.

- List what, if anything, has been done to try to correct the issue.
